We bring our own industrial equipment — ride-on scrubbers, industrial vacuums, pressure washers, and specialized tools. You only need to provide access, water, and power where required.

Yes. All team members undergo background checks, site-specific induction, safety training (including working at heights or near machinery where applicable), and ongoing performance monitoring.

We can handle non-hazardous industrial waste and some chemical residues. For hazardous materials (classified under South African NEM:WA), we will subcontract to licensed waste specialists and manage the cleaning safely. Please disclose all hazards upfront.

We typically charge per site assessment. Most clients prefer a fixed monthly contract for scheduled cleaning or a project rate for deep cleans. Hourly rates apply only for emergency call-outs.

We align with South African occupational health and safety (OHS Act 85 of 1993) standards, site-specific rules, and client safety protocols. All staff wear full PPE and are trained in hazard identification.
